Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 large frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon Dutch processed cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender.

  2. Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Add a bit more milk if needed.
