Lemon Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice

  • zest + juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • If your protein powder isn’t sweet, add 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Mix the chia seeds, oats, salt, and lemon zest.

  2. Add the lemon juice and almond milk

  3. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate over night.
