Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/3 cup honey (or less)

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (mini preferred)

Instructions:

  1. Combine honey and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients.

  2. Remove dough and scoop into 2 tbsp, rolled balls.

  3. Store in the fridge

Note:

It’s easy to quadruple this by using 1 jar (2 cups) of peanut butter, 1 cup honey, 4 cups oats.
