Homemade Hummus
Ingredients
16 oz can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c water
1/4 c sesame tahini
optional: fresh cilantro or parsley, roasted red peppers, or toasted pine nuts
Directions
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend. Serve with crackers and veggies of choice.
