Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 16 oz can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed

  • juice from 1/2 lemon

  • 1 garlic minced

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 c olive oil

  • 1/4 c water

  • 1/4 c sesame tahini

  • optional: fresh cilantro or parsley, roasted red peppers, or toasted pine nuts

Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend. Serve with crackers and veggies of choice.
