Lemon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup oats
pinch of salt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
zest + juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup almond milk
If your protein powder isn’t sweet, add 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Mix the chia seeds, oats, salt, and lemon zest.
Add the lemon juice and almond milk
Mix well, cover, and refrigerate over night.
